Items that are price protected will almost NEVER have a straight price deduction? but they will have a gift card/credit bonus or a bundle deal (i.e. buy this console and get $100 in Amazon Credit or buy this and get a free carrying case and 2 games)
But again, you will NOT find deals on these until much closer to the holidays!
