Protective League has pets for adoption ? The VW independent

The following pets are available for adoption through The Animal Protective League:

Cats

  • Sammy, a 4-year-old male gray tiger; neutered, declawed, shots.
  • A 1-year-old female; orange and brown striped.
  • Earl, a 2-year-old female gray tabby; neutered.
  • Pepper, a 7-year-old female; fixed, declawed, black and white.

Kittens

  • Females, 8 months old; tiger, white and black, white and yellow.
  • Penny, a 6-month-old female; gray and white.

Dogs

  • Lucky, an 8-year-old female Jack Russell terrier-Chihuahua mix; shots, fixed; white and tan.

Puppies

For more information on these pets or for those in need of finding a home for their pet, contact The Animal Protective League from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays at 419.749.2976. Those looking for a pet not listed can call to be put on a waiting list in case something becomes available. Donations or correspondence can be sent to P.O. Box 321, Van Wert, OH 45891.
